At Ozorai, we stand behind our products and their ability to address your needs, however in the unlikely event you experience any issues, please refer to the following guidelines.
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Beyond this, adjustments may not be feasible due to processing advancements. Cancellations within this period will be refunded within 7 business days.
Refund Policy
At Ozorai, our priority is your satisfaction. You have a 90-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return at hello@ozorai.com.
Damaged Items
Report any product damages within 72 hours of delivery, including a photo of the damage, to hello@ozorai.com. We’ll assess and offer a replacement if applicable. Normal wear, tear, or misuse damages are not covered.
Shipping and Delivery
We endeavor prompt delivery but are not liable for courier or external shipping delays. Contact the courier for any delivery issues. We're not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It's crucial to provide the correct shipping address. Errors not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a resend or refund.
